Our expansion plan consists of locating ourselves in residentials, urbanizations or condominiums. Once verified that in your place of residence we offer coverage, the installation process begin, which will be the following*:
A sales executive will go to your place of residence to sign the contract and to clear any doubts. Occasionally, depending of the residential area, you will be joined by a technical advisor to carry out the appropriate revisions on the ductwork.
Installation on the post Our colleagues in charge of installations will start carrying the fiber to the light post closest to your home, leaving there the future point of connection to your house.
At this point our colleagues will schedule an appointment with you to bring the fiber into your house. On the day the fiber is brought until the point established the day of the signature of the contract, and the corresponding equipment will be installed (all included in the price). In the case you need to install your own router, communicate it to our team and they will be glad to help you.
